Budget | The planner + client work together to establish an appropriate budget and determine how it will be allocated. Vision | Creating a design board allows us to tangibly visualize specific design components and the overall aesthetic, but more importantly helps articulate the mood and ambiance you are trying to achieve.

Research | The rabbit hole of pinterest and google… this isn’t something all couples want to or have the time to take on. My role would be to research each aspect, contact each contractor/vendor, and check availability. If that that point it aligns from a budget perspective I would present options accordingly. This ultimately saves you time and energy. Vendor Relations | Planners provide professional guidance, source/suggest reputable vendors from the ever-changing industry, are a second set of eyes on each contract from a planning/logistics perspective, and become the primary contact for all communication. Building the right team is key in order to execute your vision.

Knowledge | Over the past 15+ years myself and my team have had the privilege of being involved in planning hundreds of weddings, corporate events, and other social functions. The wealth of industry knowledge and technical event acumen is something that simply comes with time and experience.

Logistics + Event Day | Preparing a detailed planning timeline, wedding day schedule, and pulling together all of the vendor details. Will ensure the day runs smoothly so that everyone who is a party of your bridal party or attending your wedding can truly enjoy it as a guest, rather than giving them tasks and roles that would remove them from being present in experiencing and enjoying the wedding.
